III. Cash Rebate and Savings. Cash Rebates and vendor savings (discounts) are offered in most states. Cash Back Rebate is not available in Alaska, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Oklahoma. In Kansas and Tennessee, a Gift Card is issued and ready for spending at over 200 retail and online merchants after closing.  State regulations in Kansas limit the dollar amounts and the type of incentive.  In Oregon and New Jersey, a commission reduction may be available at closing.
